Four Pitchers Combine For a Takeover Baseball Shutout To Defeat Easton

Takeover Baseball defeated Easton 12-0 on Saturday as four pitchers combined to throw a shutout. In the first inning, Takeover Baseball got their offense started right out of the gate when Santino Cignarella laced a line drive down the third baseline, then Liam Gallagher singled to left, a run came in when Max Romanok grounded out, then Gavin Arieno crushed a ball to center resulting in a triple scoring a run, he then scored when Donovan Epps doubled to left. Donovan Epps and Paul Serra each drove in runs during the fifth inning. Paul Serra was the winning pitcher for Takeover Baseball, he lasted two innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out three. Lunden Chadwell, Donovan Epps , and Max Romanok all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.
