Four Takeover Baseball 11U Pitchers Team Up In Shutout Victory Against Hillsborough Aces

Takeover Baseball 11U defeated Hillsborough Aces 6-0 on Saturday as four pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Takeover Baseball 11U got things moving in the first inning, when Aaron Corcoran reached on a walk and later scored when Nicholas Wells singled to right on a 0-1 count. Hillsborough Aces travel ball team had an opputunity to score in the third inning with men on first and third but Jase Sousa made a great catch to end the inning. Takeover Baseball 11U put up three runs in the fourth inning when Geogre DeTorres led off the inning with a walk, then stole second, was advanced to third by a ground ball by Aaron Corcoran, then scored on single by Dylan Ianiero who later scored on a passed ball. Brooks Lunger also reached base in the inning on a single to left and later scored on a single by Luke Jones. Takeover Baseball 11U put the game away in the top of the sixth when Dlyan Ianiero singled to left scoring Daniel Ianiero who reached on a basehit and Brooks Lunger had a RBI walk scoring George DeTorres who also reached on a walk. Aaron Feath got the win for Takeover Baseball 11U, he went two innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out one and walking one. Brooks Lunger, Nicholas Wells, and Dylan Iani

ero all put in work in relief out of the bullpen only allowing 3 hits combined while striking out 6, steering their team towards the victory. Dylan Ianiero led Takeover Baseball 11U with two hits in two at bats. Takeover Baseball 11U was terrific in the field and didn't commit a single error in the field.
