VELOCITY AND ARM CARE CLINIC

2X  a week - 8 Week Program
January 12th - March 5th

Tuesdays & Thursdays

(Week of Labor Day Tuesday & Saturday)
7:00 - 8:00pm 

Ages 8 - 18 years old

 
This class is designed to:

-Gain up to 8mph of velocity


-Learn how to properly warmup and stretch

-Get stronger and stay healthy 

-Space is limited and fills up quick please do not wait to register


Cost for program  is $500 which comes out less than $32.00 a session

Justin Nastasi 

Justin Nastasi is an accomplished baseball coach with a championship pedigree and a proven record of developing elite talent. He is currently a coach at Hillsborough High School, where he helped guide the Raiders to the Central Jersey Group 4 Sectional Championship, the program’s first in over a decade, and played a key role in achieving their first winning season in many years.

Before joining Hillsborough, Justin served as the Head Baseball Coach at Middlesex High School, where he built one of New Jersey’s premier high school baseball programs. Over nine seasons, he compiled an outstanding 175–81 record, leading the Blue Jays to:

  • Five Central Jersey Group 1 Championships

  • Three Group 1 State Championships

  • A Top-10 state ranking (#9 in 2018)

Under his leadership, numerous players went on to successful collegiate careers, with several being drafted by professional organizations, reflecting the strong developmental foundation he established.

His coaching excellence has earned him multiple honors:

  • Coach of the Year awards from NJ.com, MSG Varsity, the Home News Tribune, and the Greater Middlesex Conference

  • Leader of NJ.com’s Team of the Year (2021)

  • Contributor to the Courier News “Program of the Decade” (2010–2019)

Prior to becoming head coach, Justin spent eight seasons as Middlesex’s assistant and pitching coach, helping guide the program to:

  • Six Blue Division Titles

  • One County Championship

  • Two additional State Championships

As a player, Justin was a standout pitcher at Union High School, serving as the team's ace and leading them to a sectional final. He also pitched for the New Jersey Riptide, who placed 4th at the 1999 AAU Nationals, and continued his career at Kean University, where he was part of the program’s first-ever NJAC Championship team.
