Edwin Niko Vasquez is currently the freshman baseball coach at South Plainfield High School. Niko played baseball at South Plainfield High School and earned defensive player of the year in 2018. He was the starting catcher his senior year and lead the team to the GMC Championship. He is currently entering his senior year at Kean University where he is majoring in Physical Education/ Health with a minor in Athletic Coaching. Coach Vasquez will be graduating in Spring 2022 as a member of the KDP Honor Society In Education.
