Takeover Baseball drops first game of doubleheader

Takeover Baseball 13U fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 7-3 loss to New Jersey Hitman travel baseball team

on Saturday. Takeover Baseball 13U fired up the offense in the first inning, when Santino Cignarella walk, stole second and later scored on a passed ball. Gavin Corcoran took the mound for Takeover Baseball 13U, he lasted one and two-thirds innings, allowing one hit and four runs while striking out one. Max Romanok and Dominick McQuone entered the game as relief, throwing four and a third innings and one inning respectively. Liam Gallagher, Brody Henderson, and Max Romanok each collected one hit to lead Takeover Baseball 13U.
