Saturday's game against FSBC was a heartbreaker for Takeover Baseball, as they lost the lead late in a 6-4 defeat. FSBC was down 3-2 in the bottom of the fifth inning scoring two runs to take the lead. In the top of the third inning, Takeover Baseball tied things up at one when Mark Marsigliano grounded out, scoring one run. After Takeover Baseball scored one run in the top of the sixth, FSBC answered with one of their own. Takeover Baseball scored when Donovan Epps singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run. FSBC then answered when they drew a walk, scoring one run. Paul Serra was on the hill for Takeover Baseball. He surrendered five runs on three hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out four.
