Gavin Corcoran threw five innings in relief out of the bullpen reliving for Lunden Chadwell who went one inning. Paul Serra led Takeover Baseball 14U with two hits in three at bats. Max Romanok didn't allow a single run against Alliance, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Takeover Baseball 14U to a 8-0 victory on Saturday. Takeover Baseball 14U tallied three runs in the fourth inning, the big inning was thanks to walks by Liam Gallagher and Paul Serra and a single by Gavin Arieno. Romanok earned the win for Takeover Baseball 14U, he lasted five innings, allowing four hits and zero runs while striking out seven and walking one. Takeover Baseball 14U racked up eight hits, Mark Ward and Gavin Arieno each collected multiple hits for Takeover Baseball 14U. Needing a win to advance to the championship Liam Gallagher took the mound for Takeover Baseball 14U and threw a shutout to lead them past Power 5 3-0 on Sunday. Gallagher struck out seven in seven innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out seven and walking one to earn the victory. In a 0-0 game in the sixth, Takeover Baseball 14U scored 3 runs in the bottom of the inning. Gavin Arieno led the inning off with a base hit to left which was followed by hits by Paul Serra and Brody Henderson. Arieno scored on a hit, Paul Serra scored on a sacrifice fly by Gavin Corcoran. Paul Serra led Takeover Baseball 14U with two hits in three at bats. With the win, Takeover Baseball 14U advanced
to the USABL Jersey Battle Championship.
